The rooms are modern and lovely, featuring a great shower, and the breakfast includes a variety of cheeses and bread.

We ate at a great restaurant at the ground floor.

It was in a beautiful location in front of a bus stop. There were shopping centres and a supermarket around the hotel. The restaurant here was nice at the ground floor, we both ordered hot dishes. Hardboiled eggs and cheese provided in the morning;)))

helpful staff at reception. Shop in lobby ( for the hospital ) is very convenient for travellers arriving late, as I did. Internet access was good.
It's hard to tell where the hotel ends and the hospital begins! My room was well equipped but small and there is little "character" to the place rooms or public areas. Apart from "hospital" . I haven't stayed at other hotels in Stavanger so don't know how it compares.

The rooms here are spacious and come with a kitchen and TV, plus the staff is outstanding!

If you can't get a hotel down in the centre of the town - this is a good alternative. Restaurant, while being nothing fancy - is actually very good. Breakfasts are also up there with the best hotels. The reception, being part of the hotel has sandwiches, drinks etc available all the time.

Pretty quiet place - plus we had a nice view on the bay
For the same price you can get a hotel downtown Stavanger (this was a good 25 min walk). Thus is actually a hostpital - a lot of patients around, shared canteen. All is a great condition, but not what I was looking for during my holiday.

The rooms here are nicely modern with comfortable beds, and all the staff members are incredibly friendly.

The breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful. I would like to thank Ms Maria, the receptionist who was of great help in all queries.
The location of the hotel is not the right location. The hospital is right inside a hospital. You see patients all over. Even the cafeteria is at a place where there are a lot of patience. Thus it gives an unpleasant feeling while you are eating and patients are all around you. Rest is fine.

The breakfast here was satisfying with a good variety of bread and meat options. 🍞🥩 The location was fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk to Mosvatnet Lake.

The hotel is a good 20 min walk from the city centre on foot. The room was a good size, basic but everything worked. The shower was excellent and we didn't hear a thing from any of the other rooms. The breakfast buffet was the better than that of many upmarket UK hotels, fresh and varied with more than enough to keep you going all day. The only fault that I could find was that my bed was a little bit soft!
Some people may find sharing a hotel with patients from the hospital odd but wasn't a problem for us

The sleeping bed was wonderful. I'd never slept that well in 25years! Pity I could not find the the mattress to check the brand name or I would have ordered one! Must be what they do to you at the hospital: give you a good rest and you are nursed back to health.
Nothing really. Family was somewhat small but Norway likes to optimize space.
